Fr. Alejandro Báez, S.J. serves as a music clinician dedicated to strengthening parish music ministries through practical formation and pastoral vision. He works closely with choirs, cantors, and instrumentalists to prepare, organize, and thoughtfully plan music for Sunday liturgies and special celebrations throughout the liturgical year. His approach integrates solid liturgical theology, musical excellence, and pastoral sensitivity—helping ministers understand not only *what* to sing, but *why* and *how* it serves the prayer of the assembly.
In addition, he serves as a music contractor, coordinating and collaborating with professional musicians when needed for solemn feasts, concerts, and major liturgical events. With experience directing choral and orchestral programs, he is able to recruit, prepare, and lead ensembles that elevate the liturgical experience while remaining faithful to the spirit and norms of the Church.
