Fr. Alejandro Báez, S.J. is a dedicated Jesuit educator whose teaching bridges theology, music, and lived pastoral experience. With years of formation in both seminary and university settings, he has taught theology and music in Jesuit high schools and parish communities, forming students intellectually, spiritually, and artistically. His classroom integrates academic rigor, Ignatian spirituality, and cultural awareness, helping learners see faith not only as doctrine to study, but as beauty to experience and mission to live.
Fr. Alejandro is a passionate Jesuit educator whose ministry in the classroom unites theology, sacred music, and formation of the whole person. He has taught theology courses that invite students into thoughtful reflection, discernment, and deeper understanding of the Church’s intellectual tradition. At the same time, he has directed choral ensembles and orchestras, cultivating musical excellence while forming young musicians in discipline, collaboration, and spiritual sensitivity. Whether teaching doctrine or conducting rehearsals, Fr. Alejandro approaches education as a sacred encounter—where truth, beauty, and mission come together to shape both mind and heart.
